Garage Gent is a pre-launch service from a UK sole trader, not a limited company. These draft terms are not approved commercial contracts. Trading identity and verified contact details must be completed.
Demonstration
The public demo is provided for evaluation using fictional data. Messages and payment actions are simulated or unavailable. Do not submit real customer records. Demonstration state can be reset and is not durable storage.
Proposed subscriptions
Starter £99/month plus £99 setup; Professional £149/month plus £99 setup; Premium £249/month plus £199 setup. Prices and package allocations remain indicative. Applicable VAT treatment will be disclosed before purchase. No checkout is active.
Terms requiring approval
Service availability, entitlements, billing dates, renewal, cancellation, refunds, support commitments, liability, intellectual property, governing law and dispute procedures require owner and legal approval before paid service begins. No service-level guarantee is offered by this demonstration.
Customer data and communications
A garage must have an appropriate lawful basis for processing customer information and approving communications. Data-processing agreements and communication-provider arrangements must be approved before activation.
