Responsible communications
Live communications are inactive. A future service must respect customer preferences, lawful processing, manual approvals and applicable rules; it must not be used to send unsolicited or misleading messages.
Reporting and enforcement — to finalise
The owner must provide a verified abuse/security contact and approve investigation, suspension, appeal and enforcement procedures before launch. This draft does not establish a completed incident response service.
